Payment

The total amount of the training with Card or direct tranfer 24hrs before the date.

The first payment is not refundable as it gives access to online contents such as the warm up course and all eCourses included in a regular Kiter premium plan. This payment can also be used for the booking of a similar training within a period of a year starting from the enrollment date.

Kitesurf BVI Policy

• Any beginner Lesson starts with 1 hour GROUND CLASS to cover all safety procedures, equipment set up and weather environment awareness.
• The 6, 9 and 15-hours package are usually split in sessions of 2 to 3-hours. Our Reservation system keeps track of each hour you have attended with us.
• Usually lesson sessions start at : 9 AM, 12 PM or 2:30 PM, time may vary according to the season, the weather and the schedule. Please Arrive 15 min before the course to allow paperwork time.
• We suggest to students to look at the forecast on Windguru or Windy and call us within 12 hrs if weather condition is a concern.
• There is a $100 penalty for no-shows, or late cancellation ( less than 24 hours).
• A 24hr notice is required for all cancellation to give us ample time to schedule other students.
• However You may be notified by Kitesurf BVI School if your lesson has to be rescheduled due to the weather conditions; either because not safe or not sufficient wind.
• If some hours of your package of lessons have not been completed, we will refund you at the prorated of the hourly rate, minus 10% for credit card fees and administration fees.
• Packages of lessons and gift certificates are valid 1 year !
• Payments online: Bring your receipt with you.
• Payments at the beach: Any majors credit cards or cash accepted. Checks accepted.
